Shoe Shelf Karnataka sells, delivers and fits slim steel shoe racks across Karnataka. We are your point of contact for your order, your delivery and fitting appointment, and any warranty or service question afterwards.

By using this website or sending us an order enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

This website does not process payments and has no cart, checkout or customer accounts. Everything shown here is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer to sell.

When you complete the order form, your details are used to open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message on your own device. Nothing is sent to us until you press send in WhatsApp. An order exists only once our team has confirmed it with you in that conversation.

We may decline or cancel an enquiry before confirmation — for example if a size or finish is unavailable, if the delivery address falls outside Karnataka, or if a price has been listed in error.

Prices currently range from ₹5,500 to ₹7,500 depending on the size, and are quoted in Indian Rupees. Both finishes cost the same. The listed price includes delivery and home fitting within Karnataka.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one we confirm with you on WhatsApp, not necessarily the one displayed when you first browsed the site.

Payment is made on delivery. We do not collect card details, UPI details, bank details or advance payment through this website, and we will never ask for payment details over WhatsApp before delivery.

If anyone contacts you claiming to represent us and asks for an advance transfer, treat it as fraudulent and tell us on the number below.

We deliver and fit across Karnataka. Once your order is confirmed we agree a delivery and fitting window with you on WhatsApp.

You are responsible for:

• Giving us a complete and accurate address, pin code and contact number.
• Ensuring someone aged 18 or over is present to receive the rack and approve the fitting position.
• Telling us in advance if access is restricted, for example a narrow stairwell or a building with lift or entry rules.

Our technician anchors the rack to a wall. If the wall is unsuitable — hollow, damp, tiled over a cavity, or not ours to drill into — we will tell you before drilling and agree an alternative with you. A repeat visit caused by nobody being present, or by access not being possible, may attract a travel charge which we will tell you about beforehand.

You can cancel at no cost any time before the rack is dispatched — just tell us in the same WhatsApp thread.

After delivery, we accept returns within 7 days where the rack is damaged in transit, faulty on arrival, incomplete, or not what was confirmed. Please inspect the packaging on arrival, note any damage with the delivery person, photograph it, and send us the photographs on WhatsApp the same day.

Returns do not cover damage from misuse, overloading a tier beyond its intended capacity, or removing a wall-fitted rack yourself.

Two separate cover periods apply, and they are not the same thing:

• Rust and coating: the powder-coated finish is covered for 10 years, including in coastal and high-humidity districts.
• Manufacturing defects: covered for one year from the date of delivery.

Cover applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. It excludes normal wear, cosmetic marks from use, and damage caused by misuse or by relocating the rack without us. To make a claim, message us on the same number you ordered from with photographs.

We try to keep dimensions, capacities and prices accurate. Small variations in stated measurements can occur, and colours on your screen may differ from the powder-coated finish in person. Stated pair capacities assume ordinary adult footwear; bulky boots or sports shoes will reduce them.

Product drawings on this site are illustrative. Where you need an exact figure before ordering, ask us on WhatsApp and we will confirm it.

This site is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape or republish its content, branding or images without our written permission. Product names, logos and photography remain the property of Shoe Shelf Karnataka or of our respective licensors.

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to submit false details, or to interfere with its operation.

We are responsible for delivering and fitting the rack correctly and for the cover described above. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable Indian consumer law.

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, transport disruption, strikes or supply shortages.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when we confirmed it on WhatsApp. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Karnataka.
