Why the coating lasts

Rust does not start on a flat panel, it starts at an edge where the coating is thin or the steel was not clean. The process is built around preventing that.

  1. 01

    Multi-tank pre-treatment

    The pressed steel passes through a seven-tank chemical line that strips industrial oils and residue. Coating will not bond properly to contaminated steel, so this stage decides how long the finish lasts.

  2. 02

    Automated powder coating

    Coating is applied on a conveyorised line rather than by hand, which keeps thickness even across every panel and edge, including the corners where rust usually starts.

  3. 03

    Oven curing

    The coated body is baked at roughly 260°C so the powder flows into a single continuous shell. That is what makes the finish chip-resistant instead of merely painted.

  • Will it rust in coastal humidity?

    The rustproof coating is rated for at least 10 years, including in coastal and high-humidity districts. The multi-tank pre-treatment before coating is what makes that possible, avoiding the shortcuts taken by cheaper racks.

  • How sturdy is it? Will it wobble?

    The body is 0.6 mm steel and the tiers are 0.7 mm. Our technician also anchors the rack to your wall during fitting, so a tall unit cannot rock or tip even when it is loaded.

  • Is fitting really included?

    Yes. Delivery and wall-fitting are included in the listed price everywhere in Karnataka. There is no separate installation charge and no charge for the visit.

  • How much floor space does it take?

    It is 65 cm long and only 15 cm deep when closed, so it sits flat against a wall. A tier extends to 35 cm while open, then folds back.

  • Which size should I choose?

    Count your pairs and measure your wall height. The 3-Door Step holds 9 pairs at 100 cm, the 4-Step holds 12 at 135 cm, and the 5-Step holds 15 at 170 cm. Message us your entryway photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you what fits.

  • How do I pay?

    On delivery. There is no online payment anywhere on this site. You confirm the order on WhatsApp, we deliver and fit it, and you pay then.
