Privacy policy

This website has no database, no login, and no server that receives your form. When you fill in the order form and press the send button, your browser assembles a WhatsApp message and opens WhatsApp with it ready to go. If you never press send in WhatsApp, we never receive anything.

We only receive your information once you send us a WhatsApp message. At that point we hold whatever the message contains, which for an order is:

• Your name
• Your district and pin code
• Your phone number, and a second number if you added one
• Your delivery address
• The rack size and finish you chose, and its price

We use this only to confirm the order, deliver and fit the rack, and handle any warranty or service question afterwards.

Conversations with us happen on WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by their own terms and privacy policy, not ours. The message content sits in your WhatsApp history and ours.

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To see which of those ads actually lead to orders, this website loads the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta, on every page. It runs on all pages, whether or not you came from an ad.

The pixel records that a page was viewed, together with:

• The page address, and the link or ad you arrived from.
• Standard technical details every website request carries, such as your IP address, browser, and device type.
• Cookies that Meta sets or reads in your browser so it can recognise the same browser on a later visit.

When you press the button that sends your order to WhatsApp, the pixel also records that an enquiry was made, along with which rack size you chose and its listed price. That is how we tell which ads lead to real enquiries rather than just visits.

What we never send Meta is you: not your name, not your phone number, and not your address or pin code. Those are typed into your own device and travel only over WhatsApp, to us. We have not switched on the pixel feature that would send them. Meta handles what it does collect under its own privacy policy, as a data controller in its own right.

Beyond this, we set no cookies of our own and run no analytics that profile you individually. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only where needed to complete your order:

• Our own delivery and fitting team in Karnataka.
• Our suppliers and service partners, where a warranty claim or a repair requires them.
• Any authority we are legally required to disclose to.

Separately from your order, Meta receives the page-view and enquiry information described in section 4. It never receives your name, phone number, or address.

We keep order details for as long as the warranty period runs, so we can verify a claim, and for any period tax or accounting rules require. After that we delete or anonymise them.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm what we have done.

To refuse the ad measurement in section 4, block or clear third-party cookies in your browser settings, turn on its tracking protection, or use your ad preferences inside Facebook or Instagram. Nothing on this website depends on the pixel, so blocking it costs you nothing — the catalogue, the order form, and the WhatsApp handoff all work exactly the same.

This site is not aimed at children, and we ask that orders are placed by someone aged 18 or over.

If we change how we measure advertising, or add any other analytics to this site, we will update this page before or when we do. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
