How this rack is built
Every size shares the same construction: 0.6 mm steel panels, 0.7 mm load-bearing tiers, a multi-tank chemical pre-treatment and a powder coat cured at roughly 260°C. That coating is what carries the 10-year rustproof rating, including in coastal districts.
